Personal Experience
Afton Rastatter is a passionate Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Grossman, LLC, focusing on criminal defense. She has handled thousands of cases over the course of her career ranging from DUIs and other misdemeanor charges to serious felony cases. She has extensive experience with pre-trial negotiations as well as pre-trial motion practice which has resulted in cases being dismissed prior to trial. Afton has successfully tried cases both as a former Public Defender and as an Associate at the firm resulting in not guilty verdicts.
Afton prioritizes clear communication and keeping clients informed throughout the legal process. She ensures her clients feel heard and supported while fiercely protecting their rights.
Outside of her legal work, Afton enjoys spending time with friends and family and her three dogs.
